ABOUT FUNTERS TIPPING COMPETITIONS

CLUB TIPPING WEBSITE

Once a club has registered with Funters they will receive their own tipping website. The club may choose to run members only competitions or allow anyone to play. The club offers prizes either directly, or through their sponsors, and has full access to the database of everyone that has registered to play. Players enter their tips and the fun begins.

LIVE LEADERBOARD

Once players have entered their tips and the competition has commenced, players can check their progress on the live leaderboard. There is also a version of the leaderboard that the club can display on a TV on race days which automatically scrolls and updates during the day.

HOW DOES THE COMPETITION WORK?

If a selected horse runs in one of the top 3 positions in a race, Funters will allocate fantasy dividends to the competition participant. These fantasy dividends are based on a $1 each way bet using TAB tote odds. Each player accrues fantasy dividends across all races and the person that has the highest accrued dividends will be declared the competition winner.

A GREAT MIX OF LUCK AND SKILL

If a players selected horse gets scratched we replace it with horse number 1. If number 1 has been scratched we will use horse number 2 and so on. This generates some amazing wins for participants. For the last two races of the competition we pay double dividends which keeps everyone in the game and produces an exciting finish to each competition.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

One of the great aspects of Funters Tipping is that it is so affordable for racing clubs to run their own competitions. There are no setup costs, clubs only pay when they run a competition, and the cost of each competition is determined by how many participants join in the fun.
